Waistbands, rises and fabrics: what keeps a pair in place through squats, sprints and a long day.
Start with how you train
Think about where you will wear it most. A run asks for a secure fit and pieces that dry fast; a class asks for stretch and a waistband that stays put; the walk home asks for something soft you are happy to be seen in.
What the labels mean
Four-way stretch moves with you in every direction. Sweat-wicking fabric pulls moisture off the skin so it dries on the outside. Recycled fibres do the same job with less new plastic.
- Wash cold, inside out.
- Skip the fabric softener.
- Dry flat, away from the radiator.

Try it the way you move
Wear it through a full session before you decide. You have thirty days to return anything unworn, with a free label.
The best kit is the one you forget you are wearing.
