Light, medium or high support: which one suits yoga, a spin class or a long run, and how it should fit.

Start with how you train

Think about where you will wear it most. A run asks for a secure fit and pieces that dry fast; a class asks for stretch and a waistband that stays put; the walk home asks for something soft you are happy to be seen in.

What the labels mean

Four-way stretch moves with you in every direction. Sweat-wicking fabric pulls moisture off the skin so it dries on the outside. Recycled fibres do the same job with less new plastic.

  • Wash cold, inside out.
  • Skip the fabric softener.
  • Dry flat, away from the radiator.

Try it the way you move

Wear it through a full session before you decide. You have thirty days to return anything unworn, with a free label.

The best kit is the one you forget you are wearing.

Ask us

Not sure which suits you? Write to us with how you train and we will suggest two or three pieces to try.
